Sarah Elizabeth (McEldowney) Allee

Sarah Elizabeth (McEldowney) Allee, age 63, of Strasburg, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 23, 2026. She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband, children, grandchildren, family, and all who were fortunate enough to know and love her. Sarah was born on Monday, October 22, 1962, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to William and Martha (Downard) McEldowney. She attended Shawnee Mission High School and graduated with the Class of 1981. She graduated from college as Valedictorian with her Medical Assistant Degree. Sarah was a devoted mother who dedicated much of her life to raising her three children, Kenny, Jeremiah, and Emily. Her family was the center of her world, and she treasured every moment she was able to spend with them. On July 22, 2023, Sarah married Perry Allee, and together they made their home in Strasburg, Missouri. For many years, Sarah worked as a CNA/CMT/MA before retiring. She found joy in the simple things in life, especially tending to and growing her plants, spending time at the lake, karaoke, and dancing. Above all else, Sarah loved being surrounded by her family. Her grandchildren held a very special place in her heart, and she cherished every opportunity to spend time with them, creating memories that will be treasured by her family for years to come. Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, William and Martha McEldowney. She is survived by her loving husband, Perry, of the home; her daughter, Emily Hall, and her husband, Kevin Foley, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; her sons, Kenny Hall and his wife, Jessica, of Garden City, Missouri, and Jeremiah Hall and his wife, Krystina, of Clinton, Missouri; one brother, David McEldowney, of Olathe, Kansas; and her beloved grandchildren Waylon, Emberlyn, Kodi, Ford, Mark, along with many extended family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory. Sarah’s love, kindness, and devotion to her family will never be forgotten. Though she is no longer with us, the memories she created and the love she shared will remain in the hearts of those who knew her. A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Campbell-Cast Funeral Home, 407 S. Pine St., Holden, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
