Marshall Stewart Sr Funeral Director/Embalmer, President
Marshall Stewart Sr. purchased Campbell-Cast Funeral Home from Joe and Cyndi Campbell in September 2021. He and his wife own a second funeral home in Higginsville. He is a life-long resident of Higginsville graduating from Lafayette Co. C-1 High School in 1997. He received his Applied Science Degree in Mortuary Science in 2011 from Kansas City Community College. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club member, Treasurer for the Harvey Higgins Historical Society, Treasurer for the City of Higginsville - Industrial Development Authority, member of Highpointers Club, Board of Director - Habitat for Humanity, and a member of the First Baptist Church.
He has two children, Randen and Shane, and is married to his wife Lia with her 3 children, Cameron, Cymen, and Peyton. Marshall is most known for his mountain climbing and exotic trips with his father, Dennis Stewart. He also is an avid ATV’er, gardener, fisherman, and golfer. -
Lia Stewart Funeral Director Apprentice, Vice President
Lia Stewart joined her husband, Marshall with the Higginsville firm in November of 2018. Lia has been a life-long resident of Higginsville, attending Lafayette C-1 high school as well and is a member of First Baptist Church. Before joining the firm she had a fast paced tenure with a major restaurant chain, as a Director of Operations. She helps her husband with both funeral homes in many ways - assisting with removals, assisting with funerals and visitations, office administration, and bookkeeping. She brings many skills to the table and is an asset to both firms. She is excited to build upon what Campbell-Cast Funeral Home already stands for and expand on its legacy.

Lacie Luke Student
Lacie Luke joined the Higginsville firm in January of 2019 and is currently shadowing Marshall Stewart Sr. to become more educated in the funeral industry. Lacie graduated from Lafayette County C-1 High School in 2020. She attends the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and is earning her Embalmer and Funeral Director licenses. She relocated to Holden in September of 2021 to help with Campbell-Cast Funeral Home. She manages the office and assists in many ways while studying under Marshall. Lacie has always had a natural desire to help others and her community. She loves creating art, reading her collection of many books and taking care of her growing houseplant collection.
